These characters were done by Stephane Halleux. They are called the Marriachi Brothers. She does some AMAZING characters!! I absolutely love them. The Marriachi Brothers kinda look like the Vogons off the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy movie to me. I wonder what's in his suitcase. hmmm....
